I am a 20-year, Naples Florida resident and homeowner actively performing inspections all over Naples, Marco Island and Fort Myers. I am a proud InterNACHI graduate as well as a state of Florida licensed inspector.

I always try to go the extra mile for my clients no matter what type of Inspection is at hand. Whether it’s explaining the process and importance of inspections or reviewing basic home maintenance, my customers always appreciate the active involvement.

Beyond basic home inspections, I focus on educating my clients on the importance of keeping up prominent insurance biased inspections like wind mitigation and 4-point inspections.

Always wanting to offer more to my clients, I have excelled in my continuing education. Attaining my drone pilot’s license from the FAA, mold certification from InterNACHI and my state of Florida radon measurement license.

I truly enjoy working with realtors and clients alike to provide honest accurate reports that are not only informative but educational as well.
